Artludie’s concept is simple : "The form vividly brings out the content in a harmonious way". The plates’ compositions are meant to match or to constrast with the meal by adopting or opposing its colors, contrasts and tonalities. But whether it matches or contrasts, the possibilities are focused on the same objective : " taking part to the creation and giving importance to your meal". A beautiful table promises a successful dinner where the colors stimulate our sense of taste and appetite.

Combinations of plates together with food combining

Each model expresses a mood, an environment, a season, lights, a kind of meals. Red plates match well with fruits, meats and sweets.
Blue plates are naturally reminiscent of the sea, iodine and salt. Like in a recipe, you can also try complementary or inverted harmonies, colors of sweet and savoury dishes. The table then becomes an art being permanently renewed in which the motif’s composition can determine the meal.
